Online Real Estate Marketing Made Easy!

Are you a real estate agent looking to easily and effectively market your real estate business and listings online? Interested in a proven way to increase your traffic and commissions? Here's the absolute best solution for you right now:

GOOGLE + EBAY + CRAIGSLIST = REAL ESTATE SUCCESS!

Dear Realtor Friend,

I'm offering you a unique opportunity to take advantage of a specialized service for promoting your listings and real estate businesses on the best marketing web sites available today; Google, eBay, and Craigslist

I've personally had great success with all three sites, and after 16 years of marketing real estate, I am convinced they are the most powerful and cost-effective online tools you can use to help increase your sales.

TAKE ADVANTAGE OF AN UNTAPPED MARKET!

These sites together represent a huge number of untapped potential clients, and surprisingly very few agents are taking advantage of even a fraction of their potential. A sharp real estate agent should really consider looking closely at Google, eBay, and Craigslist for the opportunity to attract new business by targeting his or her preferred audiences on these fast-growing sites.

If you’re not using any or all three of the above, I am offering a very affordable service to get you up and running quickly by contracting all the work for you myself. Pick any of the services and give them a try. I can almost guarantee as of right now you won’t have much competition, and the competition I currently do see is not all that impressive.

If you already happen to use these sites, that’s great! But you might want to consider if it makes sense to have someone take over the time consuming and costly task of maintaining them for you. You or your assistant can put time into other profit centers while I take care of all the daily work of keeping up with these sites properly.

WAIT! WHAT ABOUT "Realtor.com"??

Having a Realtor.com page is fine. To be honest though, nowadays it's the equivalent of telling a client you have a real estate license--it’s standard and not at all unique.

Pretty darn expensive too. In fact, thousands of agents and multi-list systems across the country are actually dropping Realtor.com to better target their marketing dollars and control their business. For now it’s just an expense many agents will be associated with for the foreseeable future.

Realtor.com, along with a page on their company’s site or a personal web site, are the bare minimum online exposures most agents currently have. But if you're serious about your business, they're just a base to start from.

THE BOTTOM LINE IS THIS: ALL YOUR LISTINGS CAN AND SHOULD BE ON GOOGLE, EBAY, OR CRAIGSLIST--OR ALL THREE.

By the way, using these sites gives you some great extra listing presentation and marketing tools to provide potential and current sellers. They're also a great way to pick up actual buyers as well--nearly 80% of all buyers use the web before contacting an agent. But they need to find you first!

FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED...

I offer my services on a first-come, first-served basis and only schedule for a limited number of agents at any given time. When I reach the point of enough business to handle effectively with the highest level of attention, I simply don't take any more. I know most agents can appreciate that.

To help you, I have the distinct advantage of having sold real estate myself for over 16 years and owned a web marketing company since 1999. I've been able to combine my experiences with both and now offer my services specifically to helping real estate agents on the web. I know what tools are worthwhile for you to use, believe me I've tried them all.

NO RISK, JUST TRY IT AND SEE HOW IT WORKS

You can try any or all of the services for as long as you like, and you're free to cancel or pause them at anytime. There's no long-term commitments or one-sided contracts, I just don't work that way.

My suggestion is you’ll want to be first to get your territories and listings up before a lot of local agents do the same. I’m seeing competition and costs go up monthly on these sites, especially as the housing market continues to be so challenging. Don’t get me wrong, it’s nowhere near beginning to be too late, but now is a great time to get in.

Click on the services to the left above for detailed information about each and please don't hesitate to ask me any questions at all, I'm happy to help out.

Sincerely,

Mark
